Description:Dragway 42, circa I believe it was It was a dirt drag strip and rather short with a slightly downhill shutdown area. The car was well suited for the dirt surface. I recall racing a hot car of the day an Olds 88 which would create rather deep ruts in the dirt while attempting to leave the line.
